It goes without saying that most people think that My Little Pony has 221 episodes. This has been proven false by a Lost Media Wiki article about the 222nd episode “The Secret of Ponyvile”. It may seem like a normal title for a episode but trust me, I hope you sleep well tonight.
One morning, I went up to the attic only to find a DVD copy of what is known as “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: The Complete Series”. It had the My Little Pony logo from 2016 to 2020 under the logo was text in the Bangers Font “The Complete Series”. At the bottom, it has the main characters alongside with a Caillou Home Video logo, which is strange because Caillou Home Video never made the show, and Hasbo and Discovery Family actually made the show unlike Caillou Home Video.
I loaded up a DVD player from the attic and connected it to my Living Room TV. The DVD began with a warning saying:
“The following program contains scenes of sexual nudity, profanity, and strong language. It also contains death scenes. (The last episode on this DVD only) and also contains scenes of extreme violence and actual stupidity and must not have been viewed by young children. Here at Caillou Home Video, we take these graphic scenes very seriously, and this is why this DVD is rated TV-MA, due to the last episode, as said before, do not watch this episode because if you do, you’ll have nightmares forever, even in death.

I didn’t get it, maybe Kathlyn made it as a prank or some shit, I didn’t care, because I was wanting to see what the episode was about.
It played the Caillou Home Video logo and later cut to the DVD Menu. The menu was in the background of Quahog 5 News and the play button took the place of Tom tucker while the Episode Selection button took the place of Diane Simmons. I clicked episode selection and went to the end where I saw the final episode, The Secret of Ponyvile. I looked at the back of the cover where I saw the episode’s name in it, along with a summary. It said:
”Things aren’t right at Ponyvile, and the origin story of how it’s made affects the city’s establishment.”
The episode’s placeholder is just the Caillou Home Video logo. I clicked on the episode and it began. The episode began with the Caillou Home Video logo, well..sort of. The logo began with the Dora the Explorer intro. Instead the computer game is replaced with the company’s letters in creepster font in a red color. When it zooms into the screen, it ends there shortly after. There was no music during that time. There wasn’t the normal intro, blood splattered while a loud sound of it gushing was heard. The blood later had the show’s logo’s on it before before it faded to black. The episode’s title appears in the same font and color as the CHV letters in the logo at the beginning of the episode.

It then fades to a person with a teal hat, teal shirt, blue pants, and brown shoes, he had blonde hair. He was putting out a sign containing the city’s name. He was the mayor. The humans were in HiPuffyAmiYumi style instead of the Equestria Girls style. However, he climbs back down. The year of the episode taking place is 2009, a year before the show premiered. Somehow and somewhat, human people came to the city. Thousands came to the city and the mayor allowed them to live for free, but I think that was a red flag, since King Magnico from Wish lets everyone in Rosas, a country he rules, to live for free without him charging rent.
His name was King Pioneer, and he is the only known king of Ponyvile, and the only remaining human character in the show. His full name was “Charlie Harry Smithers” and he was the biological older brother of Carlton Smithers (formely known as Classic Caillou). He was voiced by Ed Helms before animation began on the episode. The screen cut to Charlie in a lab known as the “Ponyvile Science Lab” working on a potion that can turn anyone and ANYTHING into a pony. He tests the potion on a photo of his niece, turning it into a picture of her, as a pony, except she grows a tail. The picture of her had a dark sercret as the name suggests, however this is just one.
Charlie eventually became obsessed with the potion, deciding to turn everyone in the city into ponies, execpt for him. The plan eventually began at Twilight Sparkle’s house, where he tested the potion on a pizza and infects it with the potion. Charlie runs away shortly afterwards. The then human Twilight eventually goes to sleep while Charlie tries to hide from the cops, not realizing he created the city in the first place.
The very next day, Twilight wakes up from her nap spawning the same clothes and hair color as her Equestrian Girl self but with long sleeves and pants, without a skirt. She is hungry and wants to get pizza, not knowing it has been poisoned, eats the pizza anyway and grows a tail. It then cuts to Charlie evil laughing saying “It won’t be long until Ponyvile meets its DOOM!” The screen cuts to black, and the other main characters in their human form grow tails and Twilight tells them if they don’t go to the doctor before hand, suddenly, they’re doomed.

Toxic Waste calls for help, trying to get everyone’s attention, her cutie-mark that resembled small Toxic Waste brand candy fades away. After holding her pee, poo, and starving and dehydrated to death, her death is seen in the episode as she releases all those things and blood gushes out of her body. She screams loudly as after her scream, she cries silently as she screams more louder than earlier before, causing her to explode. Toxic Waste’s grave is shown at night at her funeral, simply saying “R.I.P.P (Rest in Peace and Pepperoni) Toxic Waste. Died eating too much toxic waste candy.”. Later in the episode, Twilight cries over Toxic Waste’s funeral as the priest said “And she wasn’t afraid to fight back, unfortunately, there was a time she couldn’t fight back, as she was tormented by Ponyvile king Charlie Smithers. You may know him as King Pioneer.” Everyone including the human turned ponies mourned the loss of Toxic Waste.
Twilight came into the priest’s spot and said:
”Like her, I lost my pants and underwear, but unlike her, I also lost my top, but thankfully I was rescued and sent to Ponyvile 2.0. However, I still feel bad for her for what she had done to all of us, gave an inspirational message. Despite her name and personality, she was sweet at times, and never lost hope, never gave up and always kept trying her goal. Ponyvile isn’t the same without her, especially since her death.”
The episode ended with Fluttershy and Toxic Waste’s dead bodies in the same coffin as someone writes in sharpie at the end of what the grave said “Fluttershy also died during the incident, and had the same fate.”
